This Website & Cookies Notice (“Notice”) is issued by Telmar Group, Inc., together with its group companies (the list of group entities is detailed below at Section 6, below) (collectively, referred to as “Telmar”, “we” “us” and “our”) and is designed to help you understand how we collect and process information about you on Telmar’s website located at: https://telmar.com/ (the “Website”) together with any other websites operated by Telmar, and pages operated and managed by Telmar on third party platforms such as LinkedIn (the “Additional Sites”). 

This Notice should be read in conjunction with Telmar’s Privacy Policy located at:  https://telmar.com/privacy-policy/ which details how Telmar collects, processes,  uses, and shares your personal data/personal information. 

 

2. Types of Personal Data/Personal Information that We Collect 

Information that you provide voluntarily to Telmar

As a business enterprise, we may collect information about you through your interactions with our Website that you provide to us voluntarily.  For example, we may ask you to provide your contact details in order to  register for events, webinars, surveys and/or to submit enquiries to us,  to subscribe to marketing communications from us, and to create an account with us to recevieservices from us. 

Additionally, personal data/personal information that you provide to us through your use of the Additional Sites, may be used to for direct marketing purposes, in connection with Telmar’s business activities, products and services (including to make recommendations about our services, product updates, surveys, referral programmes, special offers, incentives, promotions, events and webinars), and to inform you about important developments at Telmar. 

Information that we obtain from third-party sources

We may also receive personal data/personal information indirectly, from the following third-parties:

  • from our third-party lead generation providers in order for us to send marketing material to individuals: (i) that have consented to their details being shared with us and to receive marketing material; or (ii) where we have a legitimate interest in sending you our marketing material and our legitimate interest does not override your data protection interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms; and

Information that we collect automatically
