TOPS
is Telmar's newest multi-market, multi-media analysis planning system for
Traditional and Non-Traditional Out-of-Home media incorporating the most
advanced modelling techniques to provide highly accurate delivery analyses.
TOPS produces reach, frequency and other traditional media analysis
calculations at the DMA, MSA and custom market level with a drill back to
county, format and operator data. TOPS
can also produce actual product specific delivery analysis using local market
survey data such as the Media Audit or Scarborough
data. Schedules can be exported to media
mixing programs to put out-of-home on the planning grid with television, radio,
print and web. TOPS is completely TAB compliant and works with multiple
modelling techniques as specified by the data suppliers such as Nielsen.
Unique
to Telmar's data sets is the inclusion of street/road usage summarized to the
county level. Telmar builds its data set customized for needs of out-of-home
media delivery analyses.
