Mr. Gugel's previous career assignments include President and CEO of Manhattan-Pacific MultiMedia, Chief Media and Research Services Officer at Organic, EVP, and Director of Strategic Insights at Optimedia International, EVP Worldwide Analytics and Strategy at Interactive Market Systems, a division of Nielsen.

Telmar also announced that Harry Appel, U.S. President, has been promoted to Group Vice Chairman and Chief Globalization Officer. Mr. Appel shares the Vice Chairman position with Jennie Potter, Telmar's Global Operating Officer stationed in Europe.
On Mr. Appel's promotion, Mr. Federman stated, "Harry's promotion is well-deserved and in keeping with our overall goal to transition from a multi-country software company to a truly global Software and Consulting Service brand."
Mr. Appel was part of Telmar's early management team and played an integral role in the company's evolution from the first IBM PC based media planning software company in the 80's to the first Web based media planning service in the 90's and to the first media planning Software as a Service (SaaS) in the new millennium Web2 environment and global Consulting Service. |
Both Mr. Appel and Mr. Gugel will report directly to Stan Federman.
