Her background includes stints at Grey Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather, Barker McCormack and Opt!mum Media.

            Reporting to Ms. Belter are Alex Maddox, Managing Director of Telmar Communications UK, and Jacques Cazin, Executive Director of Telmar-Peaktime Paris. Maddox and Cazin are two of Telmar’s most senior European Directors and members of Telmar’s Global Management Committee.
